We’re happy to tell you that we’ve released a brand new mobile app for Android and iOS! We released the first version a few months ago on Android, and we’ve since added some great new features. The new version is ready for you in either the Google Play Store or Apple’s App Store. The perfect addition to your website monitoring regime.
Features in the new Uptrends mobile app
We’ve updated the look and feel. You’ll also notice that the app feels snappier than the old app, especially if you have a large account. We’ve got some great features in the app that keep you informed about the status of your sites and services.
Current monitor statuses
You can see the current status for any monitor in your account. You can also enable and disable any monitor and control alerting from inside the mobile app.
Charts for the last 24 hours
Click on any monitor in your monitor status list to get charts and data about your site’s performance and uptime for the last 24 hours.
- Uptime percentage: The uptime percentage chart gives you a graphical representation of your site or API’s uptime.
- Total time: Your total time chart lets you see your site or API’s responsiveness over the last 24 hours, allowing you to spot trends in your site or API’s performance. You also get the average total timing based on the previous 24 hours.
- Resolve time: Your DNS resolve time is the first leg of the user’s journey to accessing your site or service. Knowing your resolve time can help you stave off potential problems.
Alert overview for the past 24 hours
You also have access to all of your alerts for the last 24 hours to help you spot any trends occurring in your monitoring.
And of course… Uptrends alerts via push notifications
With the Uptrends app, you can get your alerts sent straight to your mobile device. The app lets you know when your site or service goes down and when they recover.
Install the Uptrends mobile app today!
The app is available for you to download now in the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. Downloading and installing the new app only takes seconds. Once you have the new app installed, you need to uninstall the old app.
The new app is simply called Uptrends, and the old app is called Uptrends 2.0. Don’t get the two confused because the old app will remain available for a short time. Also, the old app is no longer receiving push notifications, so upgrade the app today and manually uninstall the old app.
