Up until now, the language for an entire Uptrends account has been a single option. Now, however, individual operators can override this account-wide language by specifying their preferred language in the operator settings.
The primary account language will be the default, but a mix of different languages can now exist across several operators in a single account.
This is especially helpful if you are managing a large company and have operators in different regions of the world. The operators can now view the application in English, Dutch, German, and French.
How do I set it up?
In your Uptrends account, select “Account” in the menu at the top and then select “Operators” from the drop down menu. A list of all of your operators will appear, click on the one that you would like to edit the language for. You can also click on “Change my user settings” in this same menu.
Under “Contact information” you will see the menu for language. Click on the drop down arrow and you will be presented with your options: Dutch, English (U.S.), English (U.K.), French, and German. Now your Uptrends account can be managed by multiple people in the language that is most comfortable for them!
Anything else?
That’s it for now! If you have any questions or would like assistance setting up your preferred language our support team would be happy to hear from you.
